VELURION AIR, LLC
Customer, passenger, website, and mobile application data
Effective Date: August 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Velurion Air, LLC (“Velurion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you use our website or mobile application, create an account, request or purchase charter services, save traveler information, or otherwise interact with us. The Platform is intended for adults and account creation is limited to individuals age 18 or older.
We may collect identifiers and contact information; account credentials; trip searches, quotes, bookings, special requests, and communications; payment and transaction information; and technical, device, log, approximate location, referral, and interaction data. If you grant permission through a mobile device, we may collect precise location for disclosed location-enabled features.
For quoted or booked trips, we may collect passenger names, dates of birth, citizenship, gender where required, government identification or passport details, issuing country, expiration information, and related travel data. For a company charterer or a transaction requiring enhanced review, we may also request information about authorized representatives, owners, controllers, funding sources, or other persons relevant to sanctions, export-control, fraud, or regulatory screening.
We use personal information to operate and secure the Platform; manage accounts; search, quote, arrange, confirm, and support charter trips; communicate with customers and passengers; coordinate with direct air carriers and other providers; process card holds, payments, wires, refunds, and chargebacks; perform sanctions, restricted-party, export-control, security, identity, and fraud screening; investigate potential matches or compliance concerns; meet customs, immigration, tax, aviation, and other legal obligations; provide requested location or notification features; analyze and improve the service; and maintain business, audit, and legal records.
Velurion may use service providers, government and commercial lists, rules-based tools, and other automated processes to screen customers, passengers, counterparties, or transactions for sanctions, restricted-party, export-control, security, fraud, and related compliance purposes. A possible match may cause a booking to be paused, referred for manual review, or declined where required by law. Velurion may retain the information reasonably necessary to document the review and decision. We do not use nationality alone as a substitute for the legal screening required for a transaction.
We may disclose personal information to licensed direct air carriers, airports, handlers, and other trip providers as reasonably necessary to evaluate or perform a Trip; payment processors and banking providers; identity, sanctions, security, fraud, and compliance-screening providers; authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, mapping, and communications providers; professional advisers; government authorities when legally required; and parties to a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale. Service providers should be contractually limited to authorized purposes and appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Velurion does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable privacy law. [CONFIRM AGAINST THE ACTUAL COOKIE, ANALYTICS, ADVERTISING, AND MOBILE SDK CONFIGURATION BEFORE PUBLISHING.]
Payment-card information is processed through third-party payment providers. Velurion may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, tokenized or partial card information, card authorization information, booking amounts, and wire-payment information. [CONFIRM WHETHER VELURION EVER RECEIVES OR STORES FULL CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS.]
If you use the mobile application, we may collect device information, push-notification tokens, notification preferences, app interaction data, and approximate or precise location if you grant permission. You can control location and notification permissions through device settings. Disabling a permission may limit the related feature.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, taking into account the nature and sensitivity of the information, our operational needs, and applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements.
We generally apply the following retention criteria:
(a) Account and contact information is retained while an account remains active and thereafter for so long as reasonably necessary to administer the account, respond to inquiries, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
(b) Trip requests, booking records, passenger information, and transaction records are retained through completion or cancellation of the applicable trip and thereafter for so long as reasonably necessary for customer service, payment and chargeback matters, tax and accounting requirements, regulatory compliance, audits, claims, and dispute resolution.
(c) Government identification, passport information, dates of birth, and similar passenger identification information are retained only for so long as reasonably necessary to verify identity, arrange and support the applicable transportation, provide required information to the direct air carrier or governmental authorities, and satisfy applicable legal and regulatory requirements. We seek to delete or de-identify such information when those purposes no longer require its retention.
(d) Payment-related information and transaction records are retained for so long as reasonably necessary to process payments and refunds, address chargebacks and fraud, maintain required financial records, and comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Full payment-card information, when collected, is generally processed by our payment service providers rather than retained directly by Velurion.
(e) Communications, customer-service records, and special requests are retained for so long as reasonably necessary to service the applicable trip, maintain appropriate business records, and address complaints, claims, or disputes.
(f) Device, usage, security, cookie, analytics, and log information is retained for periods reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, analytics, and improvement of the Platform, after which it is deleted or de-identified when reasonably practicable.
We may retain information for a longer period when required by law, regulation, litigation hold, governmental request, investigation, audit, or reasonably anticipated legal claim. We may delete or de-identify information sooner when it is no longer reasonably necessary for a disclosed purpose.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information, including access controls, role-based permissions, encryption where appropriate, vendor-management measures, authentication safeguards, logging, and security monitoring. No system is perfectly secure.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, functionality, and analytics. [IDENTIFY ACTUAL ANALYTICS, ADVERTISING, SESSION-REPLAY, AND MOBILE SDK TOOLS AND IMPLEMENT ANY REQUIRED CONSENT, OPT-OUT, COOKIE BANNER, OR GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL RESPONSE.]
Depending on location and whether applicable law covers Velurion, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; limit certain sensitive-information uses; and appeal a denied request. To exercise a right, contact [email protected]. We may verify the request and will respond within the time required by law.
Private aviation may require information to be disclosed to carriers, airports, handlers, customs, immigration, security, sanctions-screening, or other recipients in the United States or another country. If Velurion intentionally offers services to individuals in jurisdictions with additional international privacy requirements, Velurion will implement any required legal basis, transfer mechanism, representative, and notice before doing so.
We may update this Privacy Policy and will post the revised version with a new effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when applicable law requires it for a material change or new use.
