Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Velurion Air website, platform, and related services. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Nature of the Service

Velurion Air is a private aviation platform and air charter broker. Velurion Air does not own or operate aircraft and does not act as a direct air carrier. All flights are operated by properly licensed third-party air carriers or foreign air carriers, as applicable.

Aircraft images, category references, route examples, and listed opportunities are for informational and booking inquiry purposes. Specific aircraft, operators, routes, schedules, and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed.

The selected direct air carrier, and not Velurion Air, is responsible for aircraft operation, crew, dispatch, maintenance, safety of flight, and operational control.

Where applicable, Velurion Air operates as an air charter broker/arranger under applicable U.S. Department of Transportation air charter broker disclosure principles. Before a booking is finalized, Velurion Air will identify the direct air carrier or operator responsible for operating the flight when required or when available through the confirmed quote process.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, submitting a request, or otherwise using the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Booking Requests and Availability

Submitting a booking request does not create a confirmed flight. Requests are subject to review, operator acceptance, aircraft availability, route feasibility, regulatory limitations, crew availability, and other operational considerations.

Velurion Air may decline, modify, or cancel a request where necessary due to availability, pricing changes, operator decisions, weather, safety, compliance, or operational constraints.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed or communicated through the platform may be estimates, subject to confirmation, or subject to change until a booking is formally accepted and confirmed. Additional charges may apply depending on itinerary changes, passenger changes, special requests, de-icing, airport fees, repositioning requirements, international fees, taxes, or other mission-specific costs.

By submitting payment information, you authorize Velurion Air and its payment providers to place holds, process deposits, collect authorized amounts, and complete payment transactions connected to your booking flow.

6. Cancellation, Refunds, and Changes

Card authorizations, deposits, payments, cancellations, refunds, and change rights may vary by aircraft, operator, routing, timing, and trip-specific contract terms. A card authorization hold does not guarantee a confirmed flight.

Final cancellation and refund terms will be provided in the applicable quote, contract, or trip agreement and will control for that booking. Operator cancellation fees, non-refundable charges, special requests, catering, repositioning, de-icing, international handling, documentation issues, no-shows, or late changes may reduce or eliminate refund eligibility.

7. Passenger Information and Compliance

You agree to provide accurate passenger information, including manifest details and any information reasonably required for safety, compliance, identity verification, customs, immigration, or operator procedures. Failure to provide accurate or timely information may result in delays, denial of boarding, cancellation, or additional charges.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for fraudulent activity, unlawful conduct, interference with platform operations, unauthorized access, misuse of payment methods, false booking requests, or submission of inaccurate or misleading information.

9. No Warranty

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Velurion Air makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for every particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velurion Air shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, travel disruptions, or costs arising out of or related to use of the platform, third-party operator performance, schedule changes, weather, or operational disruptions.

11. Third-Party Services

The platform may rely on third-party providers including payment processors, authentication tools, infrastructure services, maps, communications tools, and licensed operators. Velurion Air is not responsible for separate terms, outages, or failures attributable to third-party services.

12. Intellectual Property

The Velurion Air name, branding, platform design, site content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Velurion Air and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission, except as allowed by law.

13. Modifications

Velurion Air may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
