VELURION AIR, LLC
Website, mobile application, and account terms
Effective Date: August 20, 2026
These Platform Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Velurion Air website, mobile application, customer account features, search tools, and related platform services. They do not themselves purchase a charter flight. Each confirmed charter purchase is governed by a separate Customer Charter Agreement and Trip Summary presented before payment. If these Terms conflict with an accepted Customer Charter Agreement, the Customer Charter Agreement controls for that Trip.
Velurion Air, LLC (“Velurion”) is an air charter broker. For its standard booking model, Velurion acts as an indirect air carrier under 14 CFR Part 295 and not as a direct air carrier. Flights are performed by properly authorized direct air carriers that retain operational control. Velurion does not own, operate, maintain, crew, dispatch, or exercise operational control over aircraft.
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, safeguard account credentials, and use the Platform only for lawful purposes. If you act for a company or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Search results may show preliminary aircraft, route, schedule, availability, and price information. A listing is not a confirmed flight. Velurion will not represent that a specific direct carrier, aircraft, flight, or time has been arranged until Velurion has a binding commitment from the direct air carrier. Mandatory price information displayed as an advertised price will include all amounts that applicable law requires to be included in the advertised total. Optional services are added only when you affirmatively select them.
Velurion may request a temporary card authorization hold before a final booking. The screen will state the hold amount and explain that it is not a charge and does not confirm transportation. A hold may include a disclosed temporary buffer, but Velurion will not capture more than the final amount you accept in the Customer Charter Agreement plus any later amount you separately authorize. Wire transfers are credited when cleared funds are received.
You must provide accurate information reasonably requested for quoting, passenger manifests, security, sanctions and export-control review, customs, immigration, payment processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Velurion may pause or decline a transaction while a reasonable compliance review is pending or when required by law.
You may not use the Platform for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, misuse of payment methods, interference with Platform operation, false booking requests, seat resale not approved by Velurion, or submission of materially inaccurate or misleading information.
Velurion’s Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and retained. The Privacy Policy is a notice of information practices and is not incorporated as a contractual promise except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Velurion and its licensors own the Platform, branding, software, and content except for content supplied by users or third parties. The Platform may rely on payment, authentication, mapping, communications, screening, and infrastructure providers. Third-party service terms may apply to those services, but Velurion does not disclaim obligations that law places on Velurion.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be disclaimed. Velurion does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that preliminary listings remain available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velurion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from Platform use. Trip-specific liability and refund rights are governed by the Customer Charter Agreement.
Velurion may use electronic signatures and records. Where consumer consent to electronic delivery is legally required, Velurion will present a separate disclosure and consent process. Velurion may revise these Terms prospectively by posting an updated version and providing additional notice when required. A revision does not retroactively alter a confirmed Trip.
These Terms are governed by California law, except where federal law governs, and subject to non-waivable consumer rights. Questions may be sent to [email protected]. Legal notices may be sent to 8233 Station Village Lane Apt. 2318, San Diego, CA 92108 and [email protected].
